About the space
The Rodney is located in the pearl district near lots of bars, restaraunts and shops. this is a 2 bedroom, west facing corner unit with lots of natural sunlight! you will have the master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk in closet attached. the model in photos is the same unit. The rent listed is the monthly price you will pay, parking and utilities included. tenants here also get a free gym membership and access to the rooftop lounge that has amazing views! the apartment will be unfurnished since my current room mate is taking the living room furniture with her, so the cost of new furnishings will be split.
About me- I am organized, neat, and an introvert who enjoys a peaceful and clean enviornment. in my free time I love spending my time outdoors going on hikes or to the coast, reading, doing yoga :) I’m allergic to cats but am hoping to get a dog soon! I’m looking for a room mate who I can also be friends with and is around the same age (I’m 24) someone who is friendly, respectful and quiet/ doesn’t have guests over super often would be ideal
