About the space

Looking for a roommate to move into my apt for the next school year, as well as subletters for any part of the summer. I am renewing the lease and need someone to sign it with. The apt is really nice and huge - it is 1085 soft. It is located on 54th and Ellis, a block away from campus, and has 2 rooms, a huge spacious living room, a sunroom, and a private porch with a large backyard. Rent is $1030 without utilities.
