About the space
Our Jersey City House is located on the second floor of a walk-up in the historic Journal Square area of Jersey City, New Jersey and is a short walk from public transportation and multiple historic sites of interest.
The Jersey City House is one of our smallest houses in terms of members, with four private bedrooms. Members can enjoy a separate kitchen and common area and spacious bedrooms while home, and reach Manhattan in less than half an hour for work or nights out.
This coliving house is located in the revitalized Journal Square neighborhood, just a few blocks from our Journal Square House, and is only a short commute into New York City on public transportation and is an easy commute to downtown Jersey City and Hoboken.
The house is a 10-minute walk from the Journal Square Transportation Center Path Plaza, where you can catch the Journal Square-33rd Street train into Midtown Manhattan, or the Newark-World Trade Center train into Lower Manhattan. Multiple bus lines also serve the neighborhood.
You can be in the Financial District in 25 minutes and to Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza or Downtown Brooklyn in 50 minutes.
The Jersey City House features hardwood floors, gas appliances and updated paint and tile work. The kitchen and common areas are cozy and welcoming. The best part? It’s all furnished with everything you’ll need for work and play, whether you’re meal prepping or hosting a movie night.
