About the space
My husband and I are moving out of state next weekend and will be giving up our lease at the CyanPDX. The building and staff is amazing and the amenities are great.
Rent will be $1511 for a 12 month lease starting March 19 or $1605 if month to month. (From mid
February until March 19th it will be about $1400) The new rent for similar units in the building starts at $1800 so this is a steal!
Utilities and electricity is really cheap in the building too! We spend less than $30 a month for electricity and around 40-50 on untilities I believe.
The unit we have is a 694 sqft 1 bedroom with lots of storage and washer/dryer in unit. We love the unit and the view and are sad to leave it!
Our ideal move out date is betweek February 15 and 20 but we are very flexible and can leave even earlier if you need it before then!
If you are interested I can send a video walkthrough of the unit. Move in date will be any time after the 11th of February.
