House Rules

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. This unit contains a smoke detector and NoiseAware device. Security Deposit of $250 must be paid prior to check-in. Early check-in and late check outs may be available by request and upon availability. Please contact our guest services team to see if we will be able to accommodate your request at a rate of $5 per hour for early check in and$15 per hour for late check-out.

Cancellation Policy

All amounts paid will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days before your move-in date.

Note: This cancellation policy only applies if you cancel before your move-in date. Any terms in a signed agreement supersede this cancellation policy, so make sure the policy in the lease is correct before signing.
