This listing has a non-refundable standard $500 cleaning fee that will be taken from security deposit upon move out. The fee ensures that the space will be thoroughly cleaned and it's cleanliness returned prior to the next guest.
A Utility Allowance is included when a rental is booked. $100 utility is included, guests are responsible for any overages. Overages and dedicated internet service is deducted from the renter's security deposit.
