About the space
The building is right on the beach, next to the famous Hallandale Beach water tank and the amazing new Hyde Tower, located 5' driving from the nationally awarded Aventura mall, and 3' north of Sunny Isles. The unit is on a 4th floor, corner unit, which are 20% bigger than the rest, super spacious. The Tides has a great gym, a bar close to the pool and a beach & pool catering service, where you can order salads, food, drinks. The condo has 2 towers. Next door you can find a mini market inside and a second gym is also available. On the beach the building also has a rental of lounge chairs and umbrellas. In the case you want to avoid these costs, the unit is provided with some reclinable beach chairs and an umbrella. As you will be staying on the beach, forget about loosing time finding and paying parking.
There are 2 rooms. Main suite has a king size bed plus a sleeping sofa. Guest room has 2 queens and we have 2 sofa beds in the living room. So there's room for sleeping adult guests and only 5 guests being 10 years old, or older, without extra charges. We can accomodate up to 5 adults and 2 kids (under 10 according to the management office). In the case of more than 5 guests 10 years old or older, you would have a one time payment of $200 per stay per adult. Let me know if this might be the case.
Regarding costs: commercial size washing and drying machines are found in every floor ($7 card / $1.85 load). Beware of mailing handling costs charged by the building (not sure but around $5 a piece). All costs related to owners, power and cable, wifi in the unit, Airbnb comissions, and of course a 4 hour professional final cleaning, as well as State taxes are all included. Also included is a $30 electronic fob (1 every 2 adults might be required by management office) and pool/beach bracelets for each guest so you can access all building areas. In the case you have a car, parking is quite comfortable and cheap ($75 1/7 days, $100 8/14 days, $125 15/21 days and $150 a month).
In all cases, personal registration at your arrival is neccesary and you will be assisted by our property manager: Pablo Rojas. His contact will be sent as soon as the reservation is confirmed. He mostly uses WhatsApp messaging system all the time, buy can try calling too. He or somebody from his staff, will be waiting for you at your arrival in order to proceed to registration. Its very important to coordinate the time of arrival in order to avoid waiting times. Me as an owner, also have to notify the office, prior to arrival, of all names and AGES of each guest of your group, including yourself of course. In the case you are american residents you can present an ID or a driving license at check in. In the case you are from abroad, you only need to send me passport numbers and have them available for registration.
