About the space
The modern townhome has granite counters and SS appliances. The living room has a hardwood floor, gas fireplace, and sliding door leading to a fenced backyard. The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and next to the bathroom.
My place is located in the second row of Townhomes, the second left after the mailboxes.
Parking isn't included and you can usually find parking on 10th PL or the next street over. It is on a first come first serve basis.
Private bedroom with access to the bathroom on the same floor. Guests may have to share a bathroom if another room on Airbnb is booked.
Guests are welcome to use the Living room and kitchen.
I'm available via email, phone, or text. I should be around from time to time.
Walking distance to the Northgate mall, restaurants, banks, public library, schools, colleges parks, the light rail, and the community transit only minutes to downtown Seattle.
Within walking distance to Northgate Mall, shops and restaurants movie theatre. Only 10 minutes to downtown Seattle. Easy access to public transportation.
Please don't do anything that you wouldn't want me to do in your home.
I have 2 rooms in my home listed and sometimes you may have to share the bathroom with another guest. You will need to climb stairs to get to the rooms. My place is not suitable for small children and pets.
