Walking distance to hip Sylvan Park restaurants, 3 miles from Vanderbilt, 6 miles from downtown and close to everything else that Nashville has to offer. This is a private upstairs apartment with your own separate entrance. We live on the main level of a safe, quiet tree lined street.

I spent my fall semester (four months) completing online classes in this lovely apartment. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and private. Not only was it the perfect place for my roommate and me, but Rhonda was a perfect host. She was kind, communicative, and helpful with any questions or problems we had. She is incredibly sweet, and I hope to have the chance to come back and visit in the future! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stay near all the main Nashville sights!
