Reflecting on my recent experience, I believe potential renters should be fully aware of what they are getting themselves into. The unit's cleanliness upon arrival was disappointing, worsened by the host's reluctance to address it and even suggesting I pay for the cleaning. Gate access occasionally faltered, requiring others' help. Pests like cockroaches and bedbugs impacted my comfort. The host didn’t inform or provide the registration website for guests leading tofriends' cars being towed, costing more than $500, with the landlord unwilling to reimburse. Unpaid balance notices raised concerns about legitimacy. The landlord takes forever to respond to messages and has still (a month later) not returned my security deposit, even after promising she would send it 72 hours after my checkout. These challenges underscore a less-than-ideal landlord-tenant relationship. Exercise caution when considering this place, seriously. It is a total waste of money and it will cause you a lot of pain.
