About the space

This is a walkout apartment that was the basement to our home that we converted. It has a beautiful sun room for peaceful mornings and it's a great space for studying or working from the desk in this room. The space is open concept and the bathroom was recently renovated. We've hosted over 100 guests via Airbnb and have excellent ratings of the space.
