About the space
Looking for a female to sublease for the summer to fill 1 bed in a 2 bed/1 bath apartment in Allston.
Directly across the street from the Allston T stop (B line), grocery in walking distance, easy access to public transit.
Dates flexible (any time between the end of April and the end of August). Utilities run between $25-75/month, but that is subtracted from rent because the landlord pays for it.
Bedroom furnished with bed, desk, and chair. Common area furnished with sofas, dining table. Kitchen has all appliances (dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave) and utensils. No smoking. Laundry directly across the hall. Wifi included.
1 mid-twenties female roommate already living there. She's incredibly nice and easy to live with, very clean.
I'm a student, but had to move home for the summer because classes transitioned to online learning and I'm looking for someone to fill the room, just for any amount of time over the summer!
