715 Live Oak is an extremely desirable location, on a quiet area that is close to downtown Menlo Park, the train station, and the buses and stores on the El Camino Real. The unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a full kitchen, plus a nice outdoor private patio. It's one unit of an 8 unit apartment building, all on the ground floor. There is a shared laundry room with coin op machines. The bedroom has two extra-long twin beds, a desk, and two closets. In the living room is high quality, metal loft bed (extra-long twin) with shades for privacy, with a desk and dresser underneath, and a closet in the hallway, 10 minute bike ride to Stanford, along residential streets, using the "bike bridge" across the creek. I had a great stay, Alex was very friendly and responsive. The apartment was cleaned monthly and was within walking distance of restaurants, groceries, and the weekly farmer's market. If I'm in the area I would definitely consider renting this place again.

Really enjoyed my time here in Menlo Park - this spot is very close to a Safeway and Trader Joes, downtown Menlo Park, and the Menlo Park Caltrain Station. It's also only a mile away from downtown Palo Alto and even closer to the Stanford Shopping Center. Very happy with my stay - the place was fully furnished and was very pleasant to be in!
