About the space

A comfy clean suite in a quiet neighborhood and only 11 miles to downtown and 2 miles to the airport. There's a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It offers fresh coffee, half & half and sugar throughout your stay. Enjoy fresh filtered water from the dispenser. The bed is great! Clean, comfy...easy to fall asleep. The suite features a huge full bathroom with double-sinks and a cool walk-in European shower. Your dedicated parking spot is literally in front of your entry door. And an easy self check-in keypad. You have complete privacy but I'm available if you need anything. There is NO kitchen or stove top; sorry. It’s perfect for somebody who eats out or enjoys carry-out.

I wasn’t sure what to expect moving into a guest section of someone’s house. There wasn’t one occasion where I felt I didn’t have my privacy. There is a separate entrance and you have a parking spot right in front of the entry. The place is more spacious than the pictures make it seem. It was very clean when I moved in and tastefully set up. Greg, the host, is such an easy going guy and very attentive to any questions or concerns you have throughout your stay. It’s about a 20 minute drive to downtown, but only a short drive to a lake nearby with a lot of hiking and boating options available. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely stay again!
