The unit is just under 1500sqft and has 3 rooms (2 bedrooms) and a separate room as a Study/office. It has the skyline view of the Richardson/plano area with great views of the up and coming city line area.Guest accessGym, pool, clubhouse. Pets are welcome with a NON REFUNDABLE pet fee, $300 for first dog and $200 for second dog plus $20 per month (per pet). Maximum of 2 pet. Breed restrictions apply and please crate pets when you are not at home.
