THE NEIGHBORHOOD This bustling West City Line area is one of the newest developments which constitutes most of Richardson/Plano border area. It attracts couples, families and singles who want city living as well as quick access to major highways via, trails and the CityLine/Bush Train Station. GETTING AROUND The CityLine/Bush DART rail station is a walking distance from the complex. No need to drive downtown when you can park your car and ride the train. There are also buses that stop close by to the unit for easy access to anywhere in the Richardson and Plano area. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE An application and background check is required. A $60 fee per adult (over 18)is required to confirm your stay. 2-3 month minimum stay. Insurance Adjusters (walking distance from State Farm Head Quarters)Traveling nurses, construction Superintendents and Project Managers and business travelers are welcome. Pets are allowed but there are breed restrictions and we must be notified before booking. There is a $300 non refundable pet deposit per pet and a monthly fee of $30 per pet. We ask that your pet is crated when you are not at home.
