We have 4 separate bedrooms available to rent in a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home in Hampden (Baltimore, MD). These are great rooms for graduate students, young working professionals, or traveling healthcare professionals. All utilities are included. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. The home is spacious and newly renovated with quartz countertops, recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances, two master bedrooms (with private bathrooms), a private deck and private balcony along with a walk-out basement to a fenced yard with space for 2-to-3 car parking located behind the house.

Living space on the main level with a large sectional couch, Roku TV, board games, books, etc.
A security deposit of one month's rent is required and tenants will need to sign a month-to-month lease. We prefer tenants looking for a lease through the end of April 2023.
Additionally, if there is interest in renting the entire house, it can be rented out for a flat rate of $5000 with utilities included or $4450 without utilities.
