This is a great house for corporate clients and families. It's a light filled home with carpeting upstairs and hardwood floors downstairs. There is a washer and dryer and centrally located in Bernal Heights near Mission Street.
This charming and bright well maintained 1920's home has been updated with many new features.. The living room is carpeted and has a working fireplace, high ceilings with wood beams, and opens to the dining room. The kitchen can be separated from the living room and dining room with doors and has a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms on the main level - one is used as an office/library, but a double size bed has been put in the room for those who need an extra bedroom. The master bedroom with queen bed has a deck with French doors leading to a view and sitting area. The bathroom has been remodeled and has 2 showers - one that opens to the whole bathroom and another is enclosed.
Downstairs there is another very large bright bedroom with full bed, dresser, armoire, chair and wood floors. There is a half bathroom adjacent to the room off the garage and access to the yard is through a door in this bedroom. Washer and Dryer in garage. Lovely garden area with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the day. Walk to Glen Park BART in 7 minutes or the Glen Park shopping area. Mission Street is 1/2 block away. This is a great family home which has been lovingly maintained. No smoking. No unauthorized guests. 30 night minimum. Prefer 2-3 guests with maximum occupancy 4 considered with additional guest fee.
I represent multiple properties, if your dates are not available at this property, or it doesn't match your search criteria or budget I’ll gladly check for an alternative at another location.
First month rent, fees of $294, and any interim cleanings will be included in the nonrefundable security deposit due at booking.
Additional Fees:
1,) $294 nonrefundable security deposit)
2.) End of stay cleaning fee $255 (included in the $294 nonrefundable security deposit)
3.) Interim cleanings 1-2 times per month at $125 each required for stays 45 nights or longer; pricing and frequency determined by number of guests, length of stay, and property size.
4.) Additional fees such as early check in/late check-out; additional guest; and pet fees may apply. Information is available upon request and fees can be added to the total.
5.) $100 utility and water allowance is included, guests are responsible for overage.
Rental Terms:
To complete your reservation, we will ask for each roommate’s direct email address. You will each receive a DocuSign link to a secure online rental agreement that must be completed, SIGNED and returned. All authorized occupants are required to sign a rental agreement and send us a scan of their ID and a credit card for our files (regardless of which credit card Kopa charges).
ONLY upon receipt of the completed and SIGNED rental agreement and supporting documentation from all authorized guests do we release the entry code and instructions.
