About the space
"The Dawg Pound" is a budget accommodation which is clean and well furnished. It is attached to our "Hawks' Nest" home which has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 16. Therefore, Dawg Pound is especially suitable for "overflow" guests at the "Hawks' Nest." This home has a bedroom with two full beds (bunkbed) and a living room with full size sleeper sofa. This is a basement home with low ceilings and some windows offering daylight.

This is a basement unit with separate entry from the house above. The house above ("Hawks' Nest") has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 16. The homes may be rented in combinations, but note that there is no internal access between the homes.
Dawg Pound has a small bedroom (without door) with full over full size bunk bed. There is a set of drawers in the bedroom, with a small closet for hanging clothes located off the living room. The living area has a large TV with cable service (a robust program package is offered). High speed Internet is included.
Dawg Pound has a small, clean bathroom with shower. This is a basement home with low ceilings and some windows offering daylight.
Each of our homes has been decorated to pay homage to a meaningful facet of our lives. This home ("The Dawg Pound") will soon have a theme celebrating the local University of Washington athletic programs.
Access to the home is provided without a cumbersome lock box or key exchange. Instead, you will choose a 4 digit code, and the electronic lock to the home will be programmed work your code for the duration of your stay.

Your home is a few short blocks from bus lines that will take you to Seattle's numerous neighborhoods (Madison Park, Capitol Hill, Downtown, Belltown, Seattle Center, South Lake Union). Queen Anne, Ballard, and Fremont are more easily accessed by car.
