Public transit close by, including the Dallas Streetcar station to downtown. You'll have: - Fast cable WiFi, up to 200mbps - Furnished lounge area to hang out - Kitchen with electric range/oven, microwave, fridge (NO dishwasher) - Professional deep cleaning of common areas (2x per month) Rooms come furnished as pictured or similar.

House Rules

  • Do not light candles or use incense.
  • No smoking inside.

  • Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • No Overnight Guests
  • Weekly trash/recycling pickup is 7am on Tuesdays. Please place the bins by curb by then, and retrieve them once they've been emptied.
  • Clean up immediately after yourself
  • Do not use the other residents' things without their permission

Cancellation Policy

All amounts paid will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days before your move-in date.

Note: This cancellation policy only applies if you cancel before your move-in date. Any terms in a signed agreement supersede this cancellation policy, so make sure the policy in the lease is correct before signing.
