Rental Terms: To complete your reservation, we will ask for each roommate’s direct email address. You will each receive a DocuSign link to a secure online rental agreement that must be completed, SIGNED and returned. All authorized occupants are required to sign a rental agreement and send us a scan of their ID and a credit card for our files (regardless of which credit card Kopa charges). ONLY upon receipt of the completed and SIGNED rental agreement and supporting documentation from all authorized guests do we release the entry code and instructions.
