Shirley"s Private Studio in San Luis Obispo is located on a residential street in San Luis Obispo. It is completely private indoor space; shared deck & garden. Updated & changing to meet the needs of traveling professionals. Four miles from Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center, 6 miles from French Hospital Medical Center, 5 miles to downtown San Luis Obispo restaurants and Central Coasts favorite Thursday Night Farmers Market, 5 mi to Cal Poly University, 9 mi to Cuesta College. Perfect for a responsible professional for a short-stay 30 days+, 13 week assignments, no bookings less than 30 days. Utilities are included, TV and Wi-Fi. The entrance to the studio is at the back of the house on the deck. You will enter the yard thru along a driveway space an open gate into the backyard garden which is very peaceful but alive with birds.Other things to note, I have a male 90 lb Labrador Retriever who is friendly but does not like cats or male dogs.
