We really love the screened porch. We use it for quiet time, and entertaining our friends. We currently have landscaping project in progress.
No key required. Guest will be provided a unique combination 2 hours before expected arrival date - good thru duration of stay.

Garage access may be limited.
Guests should feel free to enjoy or use items left in refrigerator. Bottled water will be available in refrigerator upon arrival.
Owner will be staying within 15 minutes of home but will only enter with prior notice or if requested during guests stay.
Guests will be contacted via email, text, or telephone before arrival to provide further instructions on how to enter property. Please don't hesitate to contact me as needed. Owner may attempt to make a personal visit to property within 24 hours of check in.
Guest should contact owner via telephone or text upon arrival. Entry will be via combination lock. A unique door code will be provided 24 hours before arrival date. During visit I will be staying within 15 minutes of the home or somewhere in general area. Please notify me if late arrival (after 8:00pm) so I can make arrangements to be available for check-in assistance. If no answer please text me as well.
Note: I can usually resolve entry issues via telephone but if needed I can come to property.
Calls between hours 10:00pm and 8:00am will receive slower response.

Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority or MARTA is the principal public transport (rail, bus and park and ride) in the Atlanta metropolitan area. MARTA offers bus service to Riverdale - GRTA Xpress bus 442 (weekday service to downtown Atlanta) and MARTA bus 191 or 196 to Riverdale. Nearest bus stop is 5-8 minutes walking distance from house.
MARTA bus 191 can be boarded at the Hartsfield-Jackson International Terminal at the airport on the lower level.
Guest must be 25 or older to rent space.
