Newly remodeled bathroom Hardwood floors (we provide house slippers ) Weekly house cleaning of common space (kitchen, laundry, stairs, etc.) The space The yard has a beautiful rose garden and many fruit trees including apple, orange, avocado, lemon, grape. We are big time gardeners and you are welcome to pick fruits when they are in season! Guest access Shared spacious kitchen and living room Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen Light cooking only In house laundry Rose garden Overview Nice suburban neighborhood, with mature trees not much traffic. Grocery store ( Safeway ) and restaurants are 8 min walk away. Get around Bus station on El Camino is a 15 min walk. Train station is a 14 min bike ride. SFO airport is 25 min drive. No parking in driveway, street parking is free and available. Easy, quick commute to Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Stanford. (15 min drive) San Francisco about ~1 hr commute via car and/or light rail. *No second person staying without informing us. Penalty$200 *No smoking Penalty $200 Free parking on the street. *No washing and drying after 9pm Overnight visitors (close family, friend or partner) are allowed for a $15/day charge. *No cooking after 9pm
