COVID 19 update! We take the cleanliness and sanitation of our home seriously. We have created a new cleaning and sanitation protocol following recommendation from AirBnB. A list of cleaning supplies will be available up on booking. Recently updated! It sleeps 8 people comfortably, (4 adults and 4 kids or 7 adults ) the bedrooms consisting of 3 Masters, one King size room , one Queen size, and the third bedroom with a twin bed and a Bunk bed ( Nemo and Dory themed room for the children to enjoy ! ). The house also has a pack and play ( great substitute for a crib/ Cot ). All the bedrooms have full en-suite facilities, and they all enjoy TV and digital cable.
Recently UPDATED LIVING AREA!!! The main living area boasts a BRAND NEW 58 in wall mounted flat screen smart tv, with a DVD player. Brand new COUCHES, DINING TABLE and 3 barstools. Please note too that the home does offer high-speed wireless internet access, which is free of charge to all guests. There is also a small dining table with seating for 4-6 ( extra chairs for 6 available)
The kitchen is fully equipped too, with Brand new Appliances ! Dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, blender, and waste disposal. The telephone service in the home includes calls to the U.S and Canada free of charge. All towels and linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all our homes, with kitchen utensils and crockery provided too.
Sliding patio doors from the living area lead onto a small patio where you will find an enclosed splash pool, one of the best features of a Windsor Hills Townhome. This is 12 feet square and has a jacuzzi like jets which makes it feel like a spa, a feature that has been extremely popular with our guests.
Guests are not required to check in at our property manager office. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 21-30 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, telephone number, and internet password for the property.
For our international customers , We also speak Spanish and Portuguese! Our Local Manager is just a call away if you need anything.
Windsor Hills properties are located less than 10 minutes from Disney World, just one mile from the attraction-packed HWY 192, about 2.5 miles from the I-4, and 10 minutes from Celebration, Florida, the community designed and built by Disney.
There are plenty of shopping options and restaurants close by too.
Windsor Hills Market: Come on over to the market in the clubhouse where you can buy basic grocery items for your stay at Windsor Hills. Open 7 days a week, the hours of operations change seasonally. Summer Hours are 8:30AM – 8:30PM, Winter Hours are 8:30AM – 8:30 PM. Enjoy fresh sandwiches, wraps, salads, assorted beverages, beer, wine, newspapers, and fun pool items.
