Walking distance to San Ramon Regional hospital and Bishop Ranch as well coffee shops and grocery/drug stores and major banks and 24hr fitness. Located next to Iron Horse Trail. Easy access to 680 freeway. Play ground. Excellent school district. (Bishop Ranch Business Park, home of Chevron, Chase, PG&E, Bank of the West, SAP, GE) This place is great for medical staff. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations 2 bed/2 bath unit is located on 2nd floor (on top of garage) no elevator. Spacious kitchen and living room with a 65" Smart TV. Neighborhood is very quiet and perfect for the traveling professional Entire unit is for guests I am always available by phone or text or in person. I live close by. The complex is right next to The Iron Horse Trail, Bishop Ranch business park. Close to the new City Center and restaurants and shopping, medical offices and hospital. Bus stop is right by complex. Walking distance to shopping. No odd size or commercial vehicles are allowed to park in guest parking spaces. Do not park in spots marked "permit"
