This amazing condo in Orange Beach can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, providing enough room for the whole family! The master bedroom features a king size bed, a master bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower, plus a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! The second bedroom features king size bed, the third bedroom features a two queen size beds, and the living area contains a queen size sleeper sofa. Phoenix West II 2315 offers several luxury amenities, lazy river, water slide including two heated pools (indoor and outdoor), steam room, fitness facility, kid's splash pad, large outdoor grilling area, several hot tubs. Also has private beach, tennis court. Several local attractions are also very close by, so you can spend the day parasailing, fishing, shopping, or dining at one of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores fantastic restaurants.
* The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
* House parties are not allowed at the property.

Parking
• Parking passes are $35 with a 2 car MAX limit. Passes can be purchased on site at the Front Desk.
