Great stay! The place is very nice and in convenient location. Jim is a wonderful host: very attentive and respectful towards his guests. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Jim's place - the apartment was very nice and homey and the location is great. It is close to restaurants, a grocery store, and Green Lake park. Jim is a great host - he was very helpful, communicative, and responsive. We highly recommend staying with Jim.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to Downtown Seattle as well as UW. Jim is friendly and always would like to offer any help. I enjoy staying here and I am happy to have Jim as my landlord.

Hi! I'm a semi-retired coach, teacher, and small business owner who enjoys sharing little boats and comfortable houses. My wife and I actively travel-bike and enjoy family fun. We work to keep a rental home in good condition, without pestering an occupant.
