I rent out rooms in my quiet and sunny house on the most hip block of SoMa next to all the bars, restaurants and coffee shops - on the same block as Google and two blocks from Whole Foods and the main subway station of SF.

You'll be tucked away in a quiet and sunny hideout on the most hip block of SoMa next to all the bars, restaurants and coffee shops - on the same block as Google and few blocks from Whole Foods, IKEA, Twitter HQ & Uber HQ and the Airport <-> City BART/MUNI/METRO Station in the heart of San Francisco. Shared living room, kitchen, backyard, basement/storage and laundry.
These are three private Student/Intern Housing rooms in an apartment that I own and live in full time as the primary and permanent resident. This unit is a rental unit subject to the San Francisco Rent Ordinance, which limits evictions without just cause, and which states that any waiver by a tenant of their rights under the Rent Ordinance is void as contrary to public policy.
Bedroom A - The Piano Room: $1,640 (shared en-suite bathroom)
Bedroom B - The Ship Room: $1,740 (private en-suite bathroom)
Bedroom C - The Garden Room: $1,640 (private entrance, shared bathroom)
Utilities (~$100/month), pro-rated/partial months and weekly use as an office/study are not included in long-term rentals (>30 days). OPTIONAL & FREE premium furnishings include a modern queen bed, Tempur-Pedic mattress and/or pillows, wooden accent chair and desk, antique lamp, original wall art, black-out curtains and a 4K Samsung Smart TV.
