Very comfortable stay! Ryan's place is exactly as advertised. The host is super friendly, extremely helpful in every way, and very responsive to all our requests. The place is close to downtown and is in walking distance to the mall and many restaurants. Would totally recommend to a friend!

Ryan truly made my stay in San Francisco both enjoyable and easy to do. He was very professional and never failed to accommodate for my needs. From the get go, I received full details about the stay which made signing very transparent and comfortable. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a stay in SF. In addition, the house itself is very clean and relaxing. The multiple TVs around the house and pool table made it easy to both enjoy personal time and socialize with friends/roommates. Since it's located in the heart of SOMA, places like restaurants, gyms, bars, and transportation are in very close walking distance and easily accessible. Thanks Ryan for a great stay!

I feel like the photos can't do this place justice! The interior is exactly what the photos looks like. The natural sunlight shining through the window makes the room well-lit during the day. The bed and bathroom seems new, and the shower is amazing. The place is situated in a quite, safe neighborhood with a walkable distance to the financial district. On top of this, Ryan is an amazing host. Friendly, helpful, and always reachable. Will definitely look to rent with Ryan again if I'm ever in the area.

I had an amazing stay at this place! Ryan was very helpful, super chill, and an overall awesome host. The place was super spacious and looked exactly like the photos posted. I especially enjoyed the pool table in the living room, and the TV in my bedroom. The location of the place was very nice because it was near many great bars, restaurants, and stores (I found myself within walking distance of everything that I needed). I stayed in Bedroom A from September 2019 – December 2019, and would highly recommend it :)

Ryan was an amazing host and the place was exactly as it is shown in the pictures. There were no surprises and Ryan was super helpful and had great suggestions for things to check out in the city. The location was great because it was a short walk to many stores/restaurants. Some of the things I really appreciated were keyless entry and the TV in my room :) I stayed in Bedroom B from September 2019 to December 2019.
