Welcome to the Oasis in Overlea. This is a large, 450 sq. ft. studio apartment on the 2nd floor of my traditional style house on a half acre of land in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is brand new! Meaning first time on the market after complete renovation of the upstairs. Everything is brand new with upscale appliances and smart TV. If you enjoy cooking and baking, you should have the basics of what you need and even disposable plastic containers to store extra food in. Close to the White Marsh mall and "The Avenue" which offers nicer shopping centers for entertainment and dining as well as an outdoor ice rink in the cooler months. With the north I-95/ I-695 interchange being a 5 minute/ 3 mile drive away and Route 1 being 2 blocks away, we are a short drive to all the hospitals in Baltimore and Baltimore County. If you want to fly somewhere on your days off, it is only a 30 minute drive to Baltimore/ Washington International airport (BWI). The sites of Washington, D.C. are about 50 miles/ a 1 hour drive away. Uber and Lyft respond quickly to my location if you ever need to use them.
