There are 7 rentals in this space with 24/hour dedicated staff. Co-work, co-live and co-exist with us at PodShare with others! We open up the co-working space for locals 10am to 1130pm, and then we close the doors to us roommates. There is a keypad for 24hr entry. We'll provide the code in person. Look up Hollywood/Vine on any map - you are within a few blocks of some of the best coffee shops, restaurants, night clubs, hotels, and retail shops. The famous WALK OF FAME is around the corner from our door. The metro RED line is 2 blocks away and can take you around town. You get a pod and co-working space in one. Remember that you are sharing the space with others. There are lockers and a luggage rack for your belongings (please bring a lock if you wish)

Come stay in Little Italy! A block away from great eateries, farmers market and the ocean. Each pod has a personal TV, power outlets, and night light. We stock the kitchen, have great in-house managers and friendly roommates. Our front desk is open from 10:00 am - 11:00 pm. We also have a 24/7 reservations team accessible by phone call and email.

DormShare is a co-living space 2 blocks from UCLA, in the heart of Westwood Village. The cost per person is $50/night, $280/wk, or $840/month. Our private rooms (full bed) are $100/night. Shared rooms, sleeping between 2-10 people, are $50 per twin bed and $70 per full bed (sleeps 2). If you'd like a private room, you may rent out every bed in the room. Bathrooms, kitchen, and lounge area are shared. Each bunk has its own locker, power outlets, and night light. Each room has a custom built desk and windows! DormShare is a 17 room, 70 bed location made up of our custom-built bunks, desks and built-in lockers. Each room has large windows that open for fresh air, fast WIFI, and access to a beautiful kitchen and showers. The property is co-ed, and shared by students and travelers for any duration of time from one night to multiple months. We offer singles, double, triples, quadruples, and even a 6 and 8 person room. You can rent one bed or rent out the entire room for yourself privately. We have 20 parking spaces for $20/night (unlimited in and outs) and free bicycles. Westwood Village is the heart of UCLA area, with tons of amazing restaurants within walking distance. The famous Fox Theater has movie premieres throughout the year, and the nearby Hammer Museum is free. Walk to campus, grab a drink at the W Hotel next door, or tour the Botanical Garden across the street. Ralphs, Trader Joes or Whole Foods, and Target are also a short walk away. Westwood has Beverly Hills to the East (Rodeo Drive) and Santa Monica/Brentwood to the west. From LAX, the Flyaway bus takes you right into Westwood for $10 or a car ride is 11 miles away (around 30 minutes). Getty Museum: 3 miles Rodeo Drive: 2.7 miles Japantown Sawtelle: 2 miles The Annenberg Space for Photography: 2 miles Museum of Tolerance: 3.3 miles This location has on-site parking for $20 per night, expiring at 12noon the next day! The weekly rate is $105. Please coordinate parking in advance by text or email. Every guest MUST present a valid government issued photo id at check-in. If you do not have an ID and/or the name on your booking does not match your idea, you may not be permitted to check in. (Please let us know in advance if you are booking for a friend or relative). We will also ask for your email address to provide relevant check-in information and will ask you to sign a waiver at check-in to satisfy our insurance requirements.

We are a half mile from The Palace of Fine Arts and Presidio. Venture over to Chestnut Street, just a block over, and find various shops and restaurants to choose from during your stay. The location is handicap accessible. The common areas include lockers, conference room, TV room, full kitchen with stove/microwave/fridge, (some free food in the "shared" section), showers with free toiletries, fast WIFI, and seating outside to enjoy the beautiful weather This listing is for a bed in a shared community similar to a Hostel except we do not have restrictions on how long guests stay!
