PET FEES: $100 Non-Refundable Pet Fee- We are Pet-Friendly which means we do allow pets! However, we do require a NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee to cover the extra cleaning, smells, damages and pet hair that is inevitable when it comes to our furry family members!! (The pet fee can be sent separately or added to your confirmed reservation).   Please be courteous to your neighbors and respectful of this beautiful home!  If you have time, please rinse your dishes and place them in the dishwasher!  Valet trash is collected Sunday through Thursday. Please place your trash can outside of the front door (and any excess trash should be put in a trash bag and placed on top of the valet trash can) between 6pm-8pm each night to be collected for you! Please make sure to bring your trash can in by 10am.   No smoking, parties (including pool parties), or events Check-in is any time after 3 PM and checkout by 11 AM Self-check-in with access code via Latch App   • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back • No parties (including pool parties), events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. • Do not disrespect neighbors. • Please follow check-in and out instructions. • Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. • Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames. • Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. • No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. • No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. This is a residential community. Please respect the privacy and quiet times of neighbors. • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • If you damage any items in the home, you will be charged the amount to replace the item.   • FEES: Lost TV remote controls will result in a $100 charge per control. • FEES: Smoking of any kind and drugs will result in a $250 charge. • FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. • FEES: All other items such as decor, towels, linens, silverware, kitchen utensils, rugs, furniture, etc, if damaged and/or missing will result in an additional charge ranging from $10-600 for each item damaged and/or missing.    - EARLY CHECK-INS - are not guaranteed. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check-in early.    - LATE CHECKOUTS - must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11 am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price.   - PACKAGES - It is OK to send mail/packages to this location. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen mail/packages.   - GUESTS STAYING OVERNIGHT: Only the number of guests included in your booking is allowed to stay overnight. All bookings will be required to submit a list of all people staying at the house prior to receiving access. Please let host know if amount of guests changes and submit a reservation change if needed. Guest access You will have access to the gym, pool, business center and dog park.  Getting Around  Some places are within walking distance, such as Target, the Triangle Town Center Mall, and some restaurants. We are Uber and Lyft Friendly.  Interaction with guest  I am available via AirBNB site. I or my cohosts respond within the hour.  The space   Come home and relax on your private patio and enjoy the view.  There are three smart TV's  (one located in each bedroom and one in the living room). The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the cooking utensils and appliances you will need for a family of six. Additionally, you will have a small coffee and tea station to get your mornings started or wind down your evenings. Everything you need and more!
