Reviews from renters

August 2020

Overall stay was nice. Since I rented it furnished, I wished there was an extra set of sheets since I had to wash them and wouldn’t have a back up. Host was nice, usually very responsive. I also wish there was a vacuum- there was not. However, place was clean, plenty of closet space and kitchen was just big enough.

November 2020

I was a tenant for 4 months at this unit. The location of the place was nice and thankfully I was with 2 friends of mine so the chances of having flatmates that I might not get along with were low. There was a communication gap between me and AYA. The building manager who was very sweet and responsive before I took the place, started diverting all our issues to AYA. The management at AYA who we dealt with promised to fix persistent issues such as bad wifi, broken kitchen cabinets, leaking ACs, and dirty common areas but they rarely came through. After moving from Manhattan I did not expect much from this place at the price point at which this was offered but after talking to other people living in that area I realized that you can do better with a little bit more research.
