We welcome you to the perfect sanctuary located in a quiet neighborhood just south of Marina Del Rey, and right by LAX! After a long day of work or traveling you have a peaceful and lavish stay to come home to. Also being perfectly close to just about everything, you can always bike ride or Uber to the beaches, walk to the golf-course, or hit the gym and a number of restaurants nearby. With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a great backyard and fire-pit, you definitely have enough space for the whole family or your group of travelers!
From this location, you’ll be within easy walking distance to both conveniences and luxuries, including restaurants, bars, salons, spas, golf, tennis, LA Fitness, and grocery stores.

If you are looking to workout at the gym we have a great LA Fitness just over a mile away, and another LA Fitness further up the road with a great sports and pool complex.
If you don’t have any passes we can try to get you on our LA Fitness pass even, or there are many other gym options nearby.
Bus stations nearby can take you directly into Downtown or Westwood. Biking distance or short cab/Uber to the beach, about 3.6 miles, and a 5 min cab/Uber to the LAX airport.
A short drive can also take you to some nice nightlife and restaurant options in Westchester, Venice, Marina Del Rey, El Segundo, and Manhattan Beach. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and peaceful, and feels just like home.
This cozy house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom single-family home, which is just recently being finished for remodeling! With all new wood floors and bathrooms, and a fireplace the place looks amazing but we are still going to add new furniture in soon! Our description will not entirely reflect the pictures, but this is what we are going to do and you will love it.

Bedrooms 2-3 Full Double Size beds, 1 each per room and access to one bath
Bedroom 4 has a queen bed access to same bath as 2-3
2 rooms have work stations as well.

Backyard: mid-sized grass area, landscaped trees
Front-yard: great space as well
Accommodates: 8 people
Living Room:
The reclining couch, will even sleep 2 to 3 guests you want to come, and it is the perfect comfort for the living room to watch TV by the fireplace.
2 remodeled bathrooms are fully equipped for a relaxing bath, with expensive bath products and epsom salts for muscles.

Backhouse:
The owner's brother lives there, who is working on construction with the ADU garage in the back, but the entire front home will be readily available and separate from the ADU construction.
