About the space
Spacious, light filled, freshly remodeled upstairs private room welcomes guests for a tranquil and restful stay in San Francisco! This room enjoys a lovely view over the city, a comfy Queen bed, ROKU TV with Netflix, and big closet. The beautifully remodeled, skylit bathroom is shared with 1 other bedroom only.
Guests may use the beautiful and spacious chefs kitchen to prepare meals, as well as the washer and dryer.
Extra storage in the garage for bikes/luggage.
The space
Recline on your wonderful queen bed with high thread count sateen cotton sheets, down duvet and pillows, and a memory foam mattress. Enjoy watching Netflix/Amazon Video from your own private chamber, away from the hustle and bustle.
The entire Chef's kitchen is at your disposal, with a gorgeous Bosch gas stove, Miele dishwasher, and plenty of pots and pans to whip up something tasty.
Enjoy the sunniest neighborhood in San Francisco from our back deck, which gets all day sun and boasts lovely views over the city. Its a perfect work-from-home spot!
Bathroom is shared with 1 bedroom only.
The house is professionally cleaned weekly.
Garage is large and perfect for storing luggage, bikes, or scooters.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the shared kitchen, livingroom, and laundry room. Please make sure to only use the bathroom across the hall from your bedroom- the other bathrooms are reserved for other guests.
The house is well organized and thoughtfully laid out. You will have a designated cabinet to store your food and kitchen items.
Other things to note
The communal areas of the house (kitchen, livingroom, and floors) are cleaned on a weekly basis. Your cleaning fee covers this weekly servicing, as well as shared supplies such as paper goods, soaps, cleaning supplies etc. Your room will be professionally cleaned before you arrival, and after your departure. If you would like to have your room and bathroom cleaned on a weekly basis (sheets changed, fresh towels, room vacuumed/dusted and bathroom cleaned), you an arranged that in advance for $25 per visit.
