  • Please do not wear shoes in the space.
  • Do not light candles or use incense.
  • No smoking inside.
  • No smoking around premises.
  • No parties.
  • Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  • Please turn off stair case light after arrival at unit and departing from unit by way of the 3-way light at bottom of stair case and inside unit next to front door.
  • Please help conserve energy cost: turn off inside lights when departing unit. Variable utilities exceeding $100/month will be billed back.

Cancellation Policy

All amounts paid besides security deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 60 days before your move-in date.

Note: This cancellation policy only applies if you cancel before your move-in date. Any terms in a signed agreement supersede this cancellation policy, so make sure the policy in the lease is correct before signing.
