You'll have your own pretty, utterly private, newly renovated bathroom and lovely, well-appointed bedroom in a 1920s Spanish revival home in the historic Miracle Mile district, mid-city. Your private entrance leads to a leafy back yard and patio that you are welcome to enjoy.
There are no kitchen privileges, but laundry room is available on request, and the room comes with a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster oven and mini-fridge. Dishes and linens are supplied and maid service is available on request for $50 per visit. You are walking distance to Sprouts Market and Target, both open during the crisis, as well as many restaurants and shops along Wilshire and LaBrea, once things open up again. Major bus lines along Pico, San Vicente, Venice and La Brea are 5-10 minute walk away. Free street parking is no problem.
Westside Kaiser is 2.2 miles away and Cedars is 2.7.
Your hosts are Rhonda and Stephen, who live quietly in the rest of the home. Stephen is a middle-school vice principal, and Rhonda is a book editor. Because we live on premises we won't require a security deposit from you but we'll ask you to sign a short term lease.
This room is for a single person, but a couple might be considered for an adjusted rent.
