• Refundable background check via TransUnion or Experian. Costs $42-$50. Refunded after move-in.
• No cigarette smoking in/around the house.
• Be cool with animals.

• Chilled, relaxed, adult guy (he/him/they/them). Working full-time.
• I drink socially, like hanging out, and also prefer my own space and time. Boundaries are super critical, so I have my own boundaries and respect other people's boundaries too.
