We are a corporate housing company based in Los Angeles since 2012. Our minimum stay is 30 nights and our average stay is 3 months. We provide furnished serviced apartments for today's’ modern traveler. Our unit comes with a queen size bed, sofa, dining area, cable TV and wireless internet. There are 2 assigned parking spaces in our gated parking garage that is included with the rent. We provide plates, utensils, pots/ pans, towels and linens as well. Our guests can also upgrade internet and direct TV packages as well as schedule additional cleaning service. We are available by phone, email or text. We are 1 block from Chase Bank, Togos Sandwich shop, Starbucks, and 2 cafes. We are a 5min walk to 7th / Metro subway station. There are three major grocery stores in downtown; Ralphs, City Target, and Whole Foods. All of them offer underground parking but please be sure to validate your parking ticket. Uber, Lyft and Taxi Los Angeles Metro Subway (7th and Figueroa) Wilshire Blvd Bus Lines 5, 10, 101, and 110 FWYs Our unit is a home, not a party house. Noise complaints, drunken/disorderly conduct by guests will not be tolerated. The complex is not a hotel and we ask all our guests to be respectful and courteous to the residents.
