  • No smoking inside.
  • No parties.
  • Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • 1-NO loud music after 10pm inside or outside.
  • 2- NO SMOKING Inside the house
  • 3- NO PARTIES in the house. $500 Fine if you break this rule and your reservation will be terminated.
  • 4- If a pet damages anything, the guest will pay for it at the price the host specifies.
  • 5-Additional $150 cleaning fee for excessively dirty houses.
  • 6-Any person not following the rules, will have their stay terminated.
  • 7-NO DRUGS allowed in the property
  • 8-Check In is after 3:00PM and Check Out is at 11:00AM
  • This is a family business and we put a lot of effort to keep this property in perfect condition, please use the house as if you are the owner.

Cancellation Policy

All amounts paid will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days before your move-in date.

Note: This cancellation policy only applies if you cancel before your move-in date. Any terms in a signed agreement supersede this cancellation policy, so make sure the policy in the lease is correct before signing.
