My 2 Bedroom Apartment is located at 5 mins of Walking distance from the Logan Train Station . Daily commute does not require a car since Transit is excellent and close access to a lot of different bus routes makes travel easy to almost anywhere in the city.
My home is 20 mins from Downtown, 10 mins from UPENN and Fairmount Park.
There are several convenience stores for short stays and restaurants like Wawa, 7-Eleven are just a few blocks away if you’re looking for a quick bite.
The space:
This apartment is located in the residential area of Logan in Philadelphia and is within 20 minutes of Center City Philadelphia and 1.5 miles of La Salle University and 4 miles of Temple University.
This is a neighbourhood of working class minorities, nurses, elderly people and African American families. However, If you're uncomfortable around diversity or working class minorities, we encourage you to find another place. Our block is MULTICULTURAL.
Being an old neighbourhood that is being beautified, you would see a lot of diversity in this area.
Walk straight to a lockable door to the entire 2nd floor of the Town House. You can self check-in using a lockpad on the door.
In order to access the apartment, you need to climb a flight of 8 steps.
Guest access:
You will have access to the entire apartment on the second floor which includes 2 Bedrooms, 1 Kitchen and a Private Bath.
