Great location -- right beside a subway stop and in midtown so within reasonable walking distance of most of Manhattan. Had some trouble with the heating initially and encountered 2 cockroaches (or the property manager said they were "water bugs"), but they were responsive enough to fix these problems. Also lost communication with them when COVID hit which was a bit stressful but it was fine in the end.

Rooms were pretty clean. My main problem was that an AC unit caused the window not to close all the way in my room, which was a problem during the winter months. Took them a while to fix it, and when they did, they just covered the hole with tape. Location is good, next to alot of good restaurants, amenities and a subway station. Not too much street noise either.
