About the space
Thank you for your interest in our furnished serviced suites. We are Koi Interiors, a corporate housing provider based in Los Angeles since 2012. Our furnished and serviced apartments come equipped with industry standard items for today’s modern traveler.
The Space:
This is our furnished 1BR suite located in Marina del Rey. This unit is located on the 3rd floor with a small exterior facing balcony which faces out towards Lincoln Blvd. It is one of the main streets into Marina del Rey. It is a bright and airy unit with plenty of natural light in the morning and direct light in the afternoons.
Rent includes 2 assigned parking spaces (tandem) in our gated parking garage, gas, water, power, Wi-Fi (200 mb/s), cable tv (3 tvs in unit), Central AC, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer in unit and large walk-in closets, modern bathroom with dual-sinks, hardwood floors with carpeted bedrooms, 1050 sq ft, no pets, no smoking inside the unit. The unit comes with 2 queen beds that sleeps 4 total occupants. There is a $300.00/month utility cap.

Lease Signers must have a valid government issued ID/Driver License
Foreign Nationals must provide valid Visa/Passport. We do not release keys to third parties. You must have a valid Kopa account and be present at check-in.
Booking Requirements:
(1) Tenant application – Rental application sent via “Docusign” for your electronic signature.
(2) Tenant screening via 3rd party partner. They do a “soft” credit check, criminal background check, and an eviction check.
(3) Once approved, Lease/ Rental Agreements are sent via “Docusign” for your electronic signature.
The Community:
You would be staying in the main building of the 2-building complex. The complex is maintained by a friendly and professional staff. As our guest you would have access to both building amenities.

Security:
There is an after-hours security patrol that patrols the complex and parking garage. This is a key fob access-controlled community and keyless door entry (Smart Lock).
Noise Policy
We ask all our guest to be respectful and courteous to the residents and staff. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Noise complaints, drunk and or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
Pet Policy
There are no pets allowed in our units. We are Americans with Disability Act (ADA) service dog compliant.
Smoking Policy
This is a non-smoking community. There is no smoking of any kind inside our unit or on property grounds. Smoking in the unit will result in loss of security deposit and other charges which will include new carpeting and painting of the unit.
