We are a corporate housing company based in Los Angeles since 2012. Our minimum stay is 30 days and our average stay is 3 months. We are not affiliated with the building management company and do not allow 3rd party bookings.We provide furnished serviced apartments for today's’ modern traveler. We have a dedicated customer service team to help manage the quality of care and service you receive as our guest. Our goal is to help make our suite into your home.The spaceOur unit comes with a queen size bed, living room sofa, dining table, cable TV (2 tvs in unit), wireless internet (30 mb/sec), AC, hardwood floors, washer/dryer in unit, gas stove & oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas, water, electricity. There is a $250/month utility cap.There is 1 assigned parking space in our gated parking garage that is included with the rent. Our unit comes equipped with dishes, utensils, pots/ pans, towels and linens. Our guests can upgrade internet speeds, direct TV packages and schedule housekeeping services at an additional cost.The Complex has a 24hr security desk that monitors the high definition cameras throughout the property and parking garage. Noise complaints, drunken/disorderly conduct by guests will not be tolerated. Business Travelers/ Human Resource Agents.Kopa has a program called “Air B&B for Work” which allows designated people at companies enrolled in “Kopa for Work” to book trips on behalf of other employees. This feature is only available for business travelers who work for companies enrolled in the “Kopa for Work” program. To register and enroll your company please contact Air B&B customer support.Other 3rd Party Bookings: If you are an Kopa account holder booking for a relative, friend or a client and you will not be traveling/staying in the unit. We apologize but we do not allow 3rd party bookings. You will need to have the actual guest create and use their own Air B&B account. The traveler must register and go through the Kopa ID verification process, and book the unit directly. The Air B&B account holder who books our units must be present at check-in, provide a valid ID and reside in the unit for the duration of the booking.Note to all Guests: Kopa collects a $3.10 per night administrative fee in the City of Los Angeles. The fee is required by law and applies to all short term bookings of 30 days or less.
