About the space

Thank you for your interest in our furnished 1BR suite in Pasadena. We are a corporate housing provider based in Los Angeles since 2012. Our furnished serviced units come equipped with industry standard items for today's modern traveler. This is a community ideal for urban modern travelers. It is built on top of the Metro “A line” Del Mar light rail station. Which make commutes possible from Pasadena, through Los Angeles, and ending in Long beach. The unit is located on the 4th floor facing the southern tip of the train station. Rent includes Wi-Fi, Cable TV (2 tvs in unit), Gas, Water, Power and 2 unassigned parking spaces in our gated parking area. The unit is 700 sq ft, carpeted with AC, electric stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit. Optional Add-ons Wi-Fi Service upgrades Cable TV programing upgrades Housekeeping Services Check-in: 4pm Check-out: 10am Booking requirements 1. Valid Government Issued ID/ DL/ Passport 2. Complete a "Residential Application" (via docisign) direct with our company for review and approval prior to booking 3. Income and Employment verification 4. All occupants must sign a "Lease Agreement" (via docusign) direct with our company Third party bookings: We do not allow third party bookings. Occupants must use/create their own Housing Anywhere account. You must be present at check-in. We do not release keys to third parties. Identification: Guest must have a valid government issued ID/Driver License Foreign Nationals must provide valid Visa/Passport. You must be present at check-in as we do not provide keys to third parties. Lease Extensions are based on availability and market rates. The complex has a after hours on-site security team from 7pm to 6am. NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) Our complex is located at the JPL Gold shuttle stop. it runs from the campus and stops at the foot of our complex. This is ideal for JPL employees. Historic Pasadena Playhouse We are conveniently close to this historic theater. It is a 4 min drive, 15min bus ride or a short 0.9 mile walk to the theater. We are 3 blocks from Colorado Blvd (historic Old Town Pasadena). We are close to various shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment. Grocery Stores (within 1 mile): Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Ralphs (x2), Vons, Smart&Final, Pavillions. Pharmacy’s (within 1 mile): CVS (x2), Cal Oaks, Unicare, Fairmont, Walgreens, Rite Aide.
