About the space

The space is a 4 bedroom house located right next to a Trax stop and within walking distance from the U of U. I have lived here for 2 years now, and I am renting out my bedroom starting OCTOBER 1st. This house has 2 kitchens, a full garage, and a shared bathroom with one other tenant downstairs. The current roommates (3 of them) are great friends of mine and students at the U. I can vouch for them being good guys. Rent is $800 a month plus utilities, which comes out to around $100 usually.
