I just graduated from CMU and I am looking for someone to take over the lease/sublet my studio apartment in Squirrel Hill from January 1- July 31. Comes unfurnished. Super great location right across from Pigeon Bagel and Artists and Craftsmen. Address is 2130 Wightman St. The room is actually such a slay it has hardwood floors, huge windows with a ton of natural lighting, and a spacious kitchen/breakfast nook. Rent is $925 + electric and wifi (everything else is included). Electric is usually around $25. In window A/C unit and heating also provided.
Location is super close to CMU/Pitt (5-10 min walk to 61 and then 5 min bus ride)/Squirrel Hill shopping district.
Property is managed by Marvista Rentals. Super responsive staff and 24 hour on call maintenance. Can pay rent and utilities online.
On-site washer and dryer.
Street Parking is easy and convenient (like right next to the apartment building) and it’s on the third floor in a super safe neighborhood.
