Perfect for your vacation getaway, this cottage offers easy access to the Gulf, just a quick 5-minute stroll or less. Life is made easy with a spacious living room featuring comfortable seating. Additionally, we provide free and convenient off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles.

The home’s single-story layout features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The place is curated and staged to comfortably welcome 9 guests. The family room is outfitted with a Smart TV for your entertainment. The home has free WiFi throughout the entire property. The kitchen has updated cooking essentials. The dining area seats 4. The home also has a washer and dryer for guest use. Parking is available on the front and accommodates up to 4 vehicles. We set out a welcome basket with snacks and K pods for the Keurig coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events, children are welcome. Pets are considered, and pet fees apply.
*This property includes all utilities, internet, lawn care, and pest services. Ideally suited for home sellers caught between properties or homeowners displaced by insurance claims. This property is for short-term rental (in daily increments for as many nights as needed). We welcome extended stays!
