5 Palms Estate is committed to using cleaning products and protocols that meet the Center of Disease Control guidelines and are approved for use and effective against viruses, bacteria and other airborne and blood borne pathogens. Leading industry cleaning and sanitizing protocols are used to clean our homes. Special attention is paid to high touch items. All bedding and laundry are washed at a high temperature and accordance with CDC guidelines. Hand sanitizer anti microbial soap and disinfectant spray are available to guests.

Designed and built to be the best, 5 Palms Estate features panoramic views of the San Jacinto mountains, a jaw-dropping 40x20 foot pool, oversized spa and dramatic in-pool wet deck all situated within your 10,000 square foot walled and gated private resort.
An open plan great room anchors the home and includes a chef's kitchen with 14-foot waterfall island and all brand new modern appliances. In the center of the great room sits the dining area with a spectacular live edge dining table for 12 and views of the pool and mountains. The modern, comfortable living room features a linear fireplace and leads directly to the pool on one side and fire pit on the other.
Each of the six luxurious bedroom suites feature a private bathroom, ceiling fan, wall mounted HDTV and an 8-foot sliding door to the outside. Three of the bedrooms are located poolside while the other three open out to a private garden.

Uber and Lyft are extremely reliable, inexpensive and, in our opinion, the best way to get around Palm Springs. 5 Palms Estate is just minutes from the best restaurants, nightlife and activities in town and these services will take you door to door with no concerns about parking or designated driving.
Per local law, the maximum occupancy for this house is 12 adults plus 2 children up to 12 years old.
Bedroom 5 can be prepared with 1 Eastern King bed or 2 Twin beds. If you have a preference between the two, please let us know!
